Who I am
D&S Beauty Care is a beauty salon at Gauravi Apartment, Lad Society Rd, opp. Satyam Gruh Udhyog, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad 380015. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean D&S Beauty Care and its owner, who runs it personally.

What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no forms that send your details to me or to anyone else, and the website sets no cookies.
The booking forms build a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing you type reaches me until you choose to send that message in WhatsApp. The services you add to “Your visit” are kept only in your browser tab and are cleared when you close it.
Visitor statistics and hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks.
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not tell me who you are.
When you message or call me
If you contact me on WhatsApp or by phone, I receive your phone number, your name if you share it, and your message. I use them only to answer you and to arrange, confirm or change your appointment, including your area or address for a home visit. I do not sell them or share them with anyone.
WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy. Our chat stays in WhatsApp; this website keeps no copy of it.
Photos and reviews
Photos that show a client, and quotes from client reviews, appear on this website only with that client’s permission, which I record. Reviews show a first name only.
If you change your mind, tell me and I will remove your photo or review at the next website update.
How the website content is managed
The website’s text, prices and photos are managed in Sanity, a content management service. It holds only content that is public on this website, never clients’ phone numbers, addresses or other personal details.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask me what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and withdraw any permission you have given. Write to dsbeautycare03@gmail.com or message me on WhatsApp, and I will reply as soon as I can.
If you are not satisfied with my reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
